What is your cancellation policy?

Can I bring my pet?

After much deliberation, we have decided not to allow pets. The only exception to this will be registered assistance dogs for all disabilities (which must be discussed with us in advance of booking).

How many guests can stay?

We welcome up to 6 guests at one time (including an infant in a travel cot).

Is there car parking?

Yes, we have parking for 2 cars, you can park right outside the front door to load and unload.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

This is something we are looking into but at the moment not something we offer, however there at charging points in the car park by the coastal path next to Nathan Outlaw's restaurant.

Is there a pub nearby?

We have some lovely places to eat and drink in Port Isaac, Just a short stroll down the hill, There are further excellent options within a couple of miles in all directions.

Is there outdoor seating?

Yes we have a small private courtyard with outdoor dining space for 6.

Are there any laundry facilities on site?

Yes, we have a washing machine in the property guests are welcome to use.

Can I get an internet supermarket delivery for when we arrive?

Yes, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and Asda all deliver, Please don't arrange the delivery until after you expect to arrive as we can't guarantee that there will be someone on-site to accept delivery on your behalf.

What is included in the price (what is not provided)?

We provide all linen, towels for the bungalow (you may wish to bring extra for the beach), wifi, heating, tea towels and toilet rolls are all included. We ensure that there is some tea, coffee, milk (and a sweet treat) in the bungalow when you arrive so you don't have to go without while you get sorted. There is also salt and pepper but you will need to bring all of your other food yourselves. Co-op is just over the road for your convienience.

Check in days?
Friday & Saturdays are our main changeover day during peak school holiday times, however we are flexible with short breaks on change over days, please get in touch for more details

What time can we arrive/do we have to leave?

Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is 10.00am. We try to be flexible wherever possible but if we have other guests in your bunglaow before/after you, I'm afraid we have to kindly ask you to respect these times so we can prepare the house accordingly.
